You will own features end-to-end, write tests, and review designs while collaborating with product and security teams to ensure robust production systems.

This role combines hands-on coding with mentoring and shaping how the team adopts automation at scale in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive background as a Software Engineer with production systems experience.
• Strong Java or equivalent backend service ecosystem knowledge.
• Experience with test-driven development and pair programming.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal tooling embedding AI into engineering work.
• Contribute to observability of AI-assisted pipeline and release processes.
• Identify and automate manual steps in coding, testing, and release.
