• 3+ years of experience with Java (Spring Boot).
• Experience developing scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka.

• Contribute to architecture and design of the product with the team.
• Practice paired programming and test-driven development.
• Work across CI/CD and DevOps practices to modernize legacy processes.
• Lead and coach junior team members on technologies and XP practices.
