Job summary

Allstate NI in Belfast is the European Digital Centre of Excellence for Allstate, delivering innovative insurance tech. The Billing Solutions Consultant coordinates billing system implementations and ongoing process enhancements to maximize revenue and protect profits.

You will support senior leadership on ad hoc projects, prepare documentation, and train the billing solutions team. A minimum of 1 year in billing or finance plus strong Excel skills is required; hybrid working is offered with a

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in billing, revenue operations, finance or accounting.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.).
• Experience coordinating business or system change initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather information to resolve problems and recommend solutions.
• Develop and implement routine projects, processes, and policies.
• Prepare and execute test plans for system changes.
• Assist with training and billing solutions team support.
• Maintain understanding of subledger accounting and billing processes.
• Identify lost revenue and opportunities to enhance processes and controls.
• Coordinate department requirements on cross-functional projects with partners.
• Communicate project plans and requirements to stakeholders.
• Educate internal clients on billing area processes and revenue enhancement opportunities.
