Allstate NI in Belfast is seeking a hands-on Product Engineer for Infrastructure as Code to design, build, and productize reusable infrastructure solutions that enable engineering teams to provision, manage, and operate infrastructure through code. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code principles and patterns.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.
• Experience building reusable modules, templates, and automation services.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and identity management.
• Ability to work across platform, security, networking, and application teams.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the enterprise IaC strategy, standards, governance, and adoption roadmap.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable infrastructure automation across omni-hosted platforms.
• Build reusable modules, templates, blueprints, and self-service automation capabilities.
• Develop automation using Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Puppet, Rundeck, Python, or related technologies.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering and design practices to improve delivery speed and automation quality.
• Design and develop APIs and integrations for infrastructure orchestration and provisioning.
• Drive CI/CD, security, compliance, testing, and deployment automation for infrastructure delivery.
• Partner with platform product teams to accelerate IaC adoption and productize infrastructure capabilities.
