Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience in system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience coding in one or more modern languages and databases.
• Experience with enterprise AI-assisted development tools and evaluating AI outputs for correctness.
• Understanding of responsible AI use and data sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine to build solutions.
• Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run with systems.
• Leverages enterprise AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, with peer review and testing.
• Applies SDLC tools including AI-assisted development and automation to improve value.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensures design constraints are met by code.
• Gathers, analyzes, and visualizes data from large datasets for continuous improvement of software applications and systems.
• Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and architecture.
