Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools with ability to evaluate, validate, and refine outputs.
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and secure handling of data.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with ability to go beyond routine approaches.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run with connected systems.
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve quality, delivery speed, and productivity while ensuring code is peer-reviewed and tested.
• Applies SDLC tools and automation capabilities to improve value from automation.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensures design constraints are met by code.
• Gathers and analyzes data to develop visualizations and reporting for continuous improvement of software.
• Identifies hidden data patterns to drive improvements in coding hygiene and architecture.
