Qualifications

- Experience leading use of AI-assisted software development tools and validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
Responsibilities
- Execute secure, high-quality production code and review code written by others.
- Develop secure and high-quality production code, and review and debug code written by others.
- Identify opportunities to automate remediation of recurring issues to improve stability.
- Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams on architectural designs and applicability for use within existing systems.
- Drives adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and outcomes.
- Applies SDLC tools and AI-assisted automation to improve value realized by automation.
