Job summary

You will design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way, supporting the firm’s business objectives across multiple functions. You will work with modern programming languages and data tooling, leveraging enterprise AI coding assist tools, and contribute to continuous improvements in coding quality and system

Qualifications

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.

Responsibilities

Executes software solutions, design, development, and debugging with ability to break down complex problems.
Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensures design constraints are met.
Gathers and analyzes data to drive improvements in software and systems.
Identify patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
Contributes to communities of practice and explores new technologies.
Uses AI-assisted coding tools within the work environment and validates outputs via peer review and testing.
Applies knowledge of SDLC tools and automation to improve value.
