Job summary

Pets at Home is seeking a Senior Software Development Business Analyst to join our Product team. In a hybrid working model, you will shape digital solutions across our omnichannel Pet Care Platform and work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Testers and UX/UI teams.

You will lead business analysis from discovery to delivery, coach other BAs, and help improve our analysis capability while ensuring value for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Extensive business analysis experience, including senior level responsibilities.
• Experience working within agile software delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work confidently with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience managing complex requirements and multiple workstreams.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for coaching and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Leading business analysis activities from discovery through to delivery.
• Managing a team of Software BA.
• Working closely with Product Owners, Developers, Testers, UX/UI teams and stakeholders.
• Translating complex business requirements into user stories and actionable deliverables.
• Supporting backlog prioritisation and agile delivery across multiple squads.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement, innovation and business value.
• Coaching and mentoring Business Analysts, championing best practice across the team.
