Job summary

Vets for Pets is seeking a Senior Software Development Business Analyst to join our Product team and shape digital solutions for our omnichannel Pet Care Platform. Hybrid work from Handforth, with a permanent role in the UK.

You will lead BA activities from discovery to delivery, manage a team of BAs, and collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Testers and UX/UI teams to translate complex requirements into actionable user stories and deliverables.

Qualifications

Significant BA experience in agile software delivery.
Experience leading multi-squad projects.
Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Coaching and developing analysts.

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities from discovery through delivery.
Manage a team of Software BAs.
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Testers, UX/UI teams and stakeholders.
Translate complex business requirements into user stories and deliverables.
Support backlog prioritisation and agile delivery across multiple squads.
Identify opportunities for improvement, innovation and business value.
Coach and mentor Business Analysts, championing best practices.
