Job summary
Pets at Home Limited is seeking a Senior Software Development Business Analyst to drive delivery across our omnichannel Pet Care Platform. You will lead analytics activity from discovery through to delivery and mentor a team of Software BAs.
Collaborating with Product Owners, Developers, UX/UI and QA, you will translate complex requirements into actionable user stories, support backlog prioritisation and champion continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience leading analytics in agile software delivery environments.
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into user stories.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Mentor and coach junior analysts to raise the capability of the team.
Responsibilities
- Leading business analysis activities from discovery through to delivery.
- Managing a team of Software BA.
- Working closely with Product Owners, Developers, Testers, UX/UI teams and stakeholders.
- Translating complex business requirements into user stories and actionable deliverables.
- Supporting backlog prioritisation and agile delivery across multiple squads.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement, innovation and business value.
- Coaching and mentoring Business Analysts, championing best practice across the team.
- Helping shape and strengthen our overall Business Analysis capability.
