Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, support the Account Manager, and uphold the contract’s profitability and high standards. Role involves coaching, rostering, compliance, and KPI monitoring across the contract.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, flexibility for varied hours, and be able to manage large teams while maintaining a world-class service standard. UK work eligibility and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team.
• Experience managing large teams and mentoring individuals.
• Must be able to prove eligibility to work in the UK and hold security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff and identify upskilling opportunities with the Training Manager.
• Support admin and supervisory teams; set objectives and review performance.
• Plan weekly rosters ensuring staffing meets requirements and rules.
• Liaise with recruitment, operations support and training managers on staffing needs.
• Manage stock, uniforms, and conduct stock takes; ensure presentation standards.
• Monitor annual leave and ensure compliance with contracts and policy.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, and client requirements.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and KPIs; take remedial action as needed.
• Conduct 1-2-1s with direct reports and teams to drive engagement.
