Qualifications

• Significant management experience within Facilities Management or contract services.
• Experience leading multiple soft service lines (catering, cleaning, workplace services).
• Experience in manufacturing/production or fast-paced operational environments preferred.
• Strong track record of leading managers and operational teams.
• Experience managing client or senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness: budget management, labour, forecasting, financial performance.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, audits and compliance.
• IOSH qualification and Food Safety Level 3 advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across the site.
• Inspire and develop a diverse, high-performing team.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders as main contact.
• Manage multiple services (catering, cleaning, security, workplace services).
• Own financial performance: budgets, costs, profitability opportunities.
• Champion health, safety and compliance to standards.
• Monitor audits, KPIs and customer feedback; implement improvements.
• Recruit, onboard, train and manage performance of staff.
• Grow the business and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
• Collaborate with dept. managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure efficient site operations and outstanding client experiences.
