Qualifications

• Previous management experience within facilities management or multi‑service environments.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop large teams.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness with budget experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Experience with compliance, health & safety audits and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across the site.
• Inspire, develop, and support a diverse, high‑performing team.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders as the main contact.
• Drive operational excellence across catering, cleaning, security and workplace services.
• Own financial performance: budgets, costs, profitability opportunities.
• Champion health, safety, food safety and compliance to standards.
• Monitor audits, KPIs and feedback; implement improvements where needed.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and client partnerships.
• Collaborate with department managers for seamless day‑to‑day ops.
