Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a dedicated General Services Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across catering, cleaning, security and broader facilities operations. You will inspire and develop teams, own day-to-day operations, and ensure safe, compliant service delivery aligned with client expectations.

You will manage budgets, forecasts and labour costs while driving continuous improvement and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a General Services Manager or similar operational leadership role.
• Strong experience across catering, cleaning, security and facilities management.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, labour costs and financial performance.
• Experience working in a regulated and compliance-focused environment.
• IOSH qualification and Food Safety Level 3 are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of integrated facilities management services, including catering, cleaning, security and wider facilities operations.
• Inspire, lead and develop teams to deliver high-quality service.
• Take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring services are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Review service delivery and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor financial performance including budgets and cost control.
• Lead on Health & Safety, food safety, security and compliance.
