Fabric Social, part of Publicis Groupe, is hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead day-to-day client delivery and bring cross-functional teams together to turn strong ideas into commercially effective work.

You'll own client relationships, navigate challenges, and drive growth across organic, paid and influencer campaigns while mentoring colleagues and contributing to pitches and proposals.

Qualificações

• Experience managing client accounts and delivering multi-channel social campaigns.
• Strong project management skills, bringing people together and creating clarity on priorities.
• Solid understanding of social media (organic, paid, influencer) and how it supports wider goals.
• Commercial awareness with budgets, profitability tracking, and opportunities for growth.
• Strong relationship-building; able to navigate conversations and manage expectations.
• Clear presentation and communication skills, contributing to pitches and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative leadership to support colleagues while working with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of clients, clarifying briefs, timelines and priorities.
• Build trusted client relationships, navigating challenges and identifying opportunities to add value.
• Bring together creative and cross-functional teams with clear briefs and momentum toward objectives.
• Support integrated social strategies across organic, paid and influencer channels to align with brand goals.
• Manage campaign and production budgets, scopes and financial tracking to ensure value.
• Turn social data into insights and recommendations to inform future strategy and ROI.
• Support the wider team and new business opportunities through mentoring, reviews, pitches and onboarding.
