Job summary

Fabric Social in London seeks a Senior Influencer Manager to elevate our influencer offering across multiple clients. You will own influencer strategy, connect creators to brand platforms, and mentor the Influencer Managers while maintaining senior client and agent relationships.

You will lead campaigns end to end, oversee talent vetting and contracting, set KPIs, analyse ROI, and partner with Strategy Directors to grow the department.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in influencer marketing or creator relations.
• Proven leadership of a team.
• Strong network with talent agents and creators.
• Ability to align influencer activity with brand strategy and ROI.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer strategy for pitches and campaigns.
• Oversee talent sourcing, vetting and contracting.
• Manage end-to-end campaign delivery and approvals.
• Define KPIs and analyse ROI to drive optimization.
