Jungle Creations is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive exceptional work across multiple social-first clients. You will be the heartbeat of key accounts, balancing strategic thinking with delivery excellence while leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving social landscape.

The role requires strong client leadership, excellent communication, and a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced creative or social agency.
• Strong knowledge of social landscape, trends, formats and channel nuances.
• Ability to balance detail and delivery with big-picture thinking and strategic foresight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clarity under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client relationships across multiple accounts, acting as strategic advisor and delivery lead.
• Collaborate with strategists and creatives to shape platform-native ideas and ensure cultural relevance.
• Confidently lead integrated campaigns from kick-off to reporting across content, influencer activations, community engagement and paid distribution.
• Champion collaboration across internal teams to deliver integrated delivery.
• Handle budgets, supplier negotiations, and contribute to fee proposals and SOWs.
