Job summary

Fabric Social is hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead day‑to‑day delivery for a portfolio of client accounts. You’ll unite clients with internal teams to turn strong ideas into work that is creative, strategic and commercially effective.

You’ll balance client leadership, social expertise and project management to drive outcomes, mentoring colleagues and supporting new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client accounts and delivering multi‑channel social campaigns.
• Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Deep understanding of social media channels (organic, paid, influencer) and their impact.
• Commercial awareness with experience tracking budgets and profitability.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management.
• Clear presenting and communication skills for pitches and client reviews.
• Collaborative leadership and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day delivery across a portfolio of clients, with clear briefs, timelines and priorities.
• Build trusted client relationships and navigate challenges while identifying value opportunities.
• Bring together creative and cross‑functional teams with clear briefs to meet objectives.
• Support integrated social strategies across organic, paid and influencer, aligning with brand goals.
• Manage campaign and production budgets, scopes and financial tracking to ensure commercial soundness.
• Turn social performance data into insights and recommendations for future strategy.
• Support the wider team and new business opportunities through mentoring, reviews, pitches and onboarding.
