Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Client Solutions Lead for SMB UK & Ireland to define and execute the digital client experience across the region. You will partner with product, technology, commercial, operations and compliance to deliver compliant, commercially effective solutions for merchants, driving adoption and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field.
• MBA/Master's preferred for senior leadership.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in product/services or external customer/market.
• Experience with software development, testing or business analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute SMB UK&I client solutions strategy.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle and ensure seamless integration into the business.
• Collaborate with product, technology, commercial, operations and compliance teams.
• Establish KPIs and continuously optimize customer experience and retention.
