Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Partner Solutions Lead for SMB UK & Ireland to define and deliver the partner solutions strategy across the region.

You will work with banking partners, ISOs, and internal teams to drive growth, platform adoption and compliant delivery of partner propositions. You will lead cross-functional efforts across Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations and Compliance to onboard partners, transition from legacy experiences, and ensure regulatory and scheme compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Relevant Experience or Degree in: Business or Computer Science; combination of training/experience in lieu of degree.
• Typically Minimum 10+ Years Relevant Exp; Experience in similar business product services and/or external customer/market experience.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree or MBA; experience in a software development environment or professional services; familiarity with Agile software products and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the SMB Partner Solutions strategy for UK & Ireland.
• Build strong relationships with key banking and ISO partners to support growth and engagement.
• Drive partner adoption of strategic products, services and platforms; monitor performance and opportunities to improve commercial outcomes.
