Job summary

Global Payments Inc. seeks an Online Solutions Lead for SMB UK & Ireland to define and execute the eCommerce strategy across the region. You will drive product strategy, platform adoption and regulatory compliance while coordinating with Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations and Compliance teams.

You will own the end-to-end online solutions experience, guide migration from legacy platforms and ensure delivery of roadmap commitments on time, enabling growth and superior customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in business or computer science; combination of training and/ or experience in lieu of degree
• Typically Minimum 10+ Years Relevant Exp
• Experience in similar business product services and/or external customer/market experience
• Master’s Degree or MBA preferred
• Prefer experience in a software development environment or in a professional services role; experience with Agile software products and delivery methodology

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the SMB eCommerce product strategy and roadmap.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs to drive proposition evolution.
• Deliver commercial outcomes aligned to revenue, growth and adoption targets.
• Own the end-to-end online solutions experience across the customer lifecycle.
• Drive migration of front-book and back-book customers onto strategic technology platforms.
• Lead legacy platform retirement activities and support the Technology Transformation programme.
• Ensure propositions comply with regulatory, scheme, legal and customer duty obligations.
• Deliver roadmap commitments against agreed timelines and business priorities.
• Monitor and resolve audit, risk and compliance actions across teams.
