Global Payment Holding Company is seeking a Partner Solutions Lead for SMB UK & Ireland to shape partner propositions and drive growth with banks and ISOs. You will work with Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations and Compliance to onboard partners and migrate from legacy experiences, delivering compliant, value-driven solutions.

The role requires senior product and partner-management experience with a focus on delivering measurable business impact and strong governance across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in product/services or external customer/market delivery.
• Experience in similar business product services and/or external customer/market experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and deliver the SMB Partner Solutions strategy for UK & Ireland.
• Support onboarding and platform adoption with banking and ISO partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and scheme requirements while delivering roadmaps.
