Job summary

Global Payment Holding Company in the UK & Ireland seeks a Client Solutions Lead for SMBs to define and deliver the client experience strategy across the region, partnering with product, technology, and compliance to ensure compliant, commercially effective solutions for merchants.

You will drive digital self-service adoption, support platform evolution from legacy systems, and focus on retention, engagement and cross-sell while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in product services or customer/market roles.
• Experience in software development environments or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute SMB UK&I client experience strategy.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle with emphasis on self-service and compliance.
• Perform market analysis and monitor KPIs to drive retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with product, technology, commercial, operations and compliance teams.
