PayPal is seeking a Sr Manager, Account Management in London to lead the in-market SMB organization and drive growth across the account management team.

You will set the standard for managed-book growth, partner with cross-functional teams, and own the commercial plan while using AI to assess opportunities. This role emphasizes strategic leadership and impact across the SMB portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team of Account Managers against clear commercial outcomes through growth, retention and productivity.
• Master the use of AI to assess growth and retention opportunity across the book.
• Partner with Partner, Vendor, Product and other cross-functional teams to remove barriers and improve merchant outcomes.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the team's motions and act with focused business or process improvements.
• Own commercial plan and resource allocation, represent SMB work with senior stakeholders.
