Job summary

PayPal in London is seeking a Merchant Attach Hunter to acquire new-logo merchants from partner platforms, including winback business, in a fast-paced, high-volume role: qualify quickly, present a clear value proposition, and hand off a well-onboarded merchant to the Account Management team.

You will use AI-powered tools to spot growth, cross-sell, and manage your book, while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and collaborating with AM colleagues.

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a customer-facing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for your merchants, owning commercial outcomes end to end.
• Use AI-powered tools to spot growth, cross-sell and risk opportunities across your book.
• Keep pipeline, forecast and portfolio health reporting accurate, and share effective practices with fellow AM2 colleagues.
• Coordinate internal teams to resolve merchant needs, and decide the right action when standard process isn't enough.
