Job summary

One Sightsolutions Ltd. is seeking a Senior Smart Buildings and IoT Engineer to join the Major Projects team in London.

You will scope, design and implement cutting-edge smart building solutions for enterprise clients, primarily on construction projects, with some direct client work. You will lead project delivery under the OSS Technical Team, communicating clearly with project and client teams and mentoring junior staff as required.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of smart building technologies.
• Proven experience in systems integration within enterprise buildings.
• Ability to clearly describe technical designs to project and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Co-design and deliver integrated smart building solutions to time and budget.
• Review specifications and generate compliant technical solutions.
• Coordinate with trades to align smart-building activities with programmes.
• Engage directly with clients to explain and coordinate technical approaches.
• Lead testing of commissioned systems and integrations with teams.
• Manage personal workload to meet project plans.
• Identify and pursue relevant training to maintain advanced skills.
• Train and mentor junior staff as needed.
