Job summary

Crucial People Limited is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for major building technology projects in London. You will own delivery of BMS, EMS, and network infrastructure packages, while coordinating specialist subcontractors across Fire, CCTV, Access Control, AV and Lighting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering building technology projects in construction, including BMS/EMS/ELV systems.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to lead design coordination, programme management and client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Design coordination and programme management for major projects.
• Procurement and resource planning to meet project milestones.
• Cost control, change management and subcontractor oversight.
• Client liaison and health & safety oversight on high‑value developments in London.
