Job summary

You will mentor technologists, uphold a culture of reliability, and champion observability across complex systems. The role emphasizes using enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate incident analysis and production readiness, manage interdependencies, and ensure security and auditability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied experience in SRE concepts.
• Fluency in Python or Java.
• Strong knowledge of observability, SLIs/telemetry, and alerting.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to improve reliability workflows.
• Ability to set safe AI usage practices in operations, maintaining resiliency and security.
• Advanced understanding of software applications and processes; ability to share data-driven solutions.
• Proven track record of automating and delivering business process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver high quality designs, roadmaps, and program charters with the engineering team.
• Mentor technologists and promote reliability culture across the team.
• Collaborate to implement observability and reliability designs for complex systems.
• Leverage enterprise AI to accelerate reliability decisions and incident analysis.
• Understand interdependencies to evolve and debug critical components.
• Provide guidance, tools and solutions to support firm growth and reliability.
• Contribute to the SRE community via forums, guilds and conferences.
• Lead AI-assisted reliability workflows with traceability, resilience and security controls.
