Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager in a volume housebuilding environment.
• Strong leadership to manage high-performing teams.
• Excellent planning, organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for quality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of construction processes, NHBC requirements and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of a residential development, ensuring health, safety, quality and site presentation.
• Own build programmes and budgets, driving projects to meet targets and deadlines.
• Manage and motivate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver safely, efficiently and to specification.
• Coordinate site operations, resources, materials and labour to achieve high build quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with planning requirements, building regulations, NHBC standards and company policies.
• Carry out inspections, oversee plot handovers and deliver finished homes for customers.
