Job summary

Saffron Housing Trust Ltd in Norwich is seeking a Senior Site Manager to take ownership of residential developments from start to finish. You will lead site operations, manage subcontractors and resources, ensure programmes and budgets stay on track, and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading day-to-day site management, coordinating resources, ensuring safety, quality, and NHBC compliance, and delivering completed homes on time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within a volume housebuilding environment.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop and manage high-performing teams.
• Excellent planning, organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of construction processes, build sequencing, health and safety legislation, and NHBC requirements.

Senior Site Manager

We're looking for a Senior Site Manager to take ownership of residential developments from start to finish. You'll lead site operations, manage subcontractors and resources, ensure programmes and budgets stay on track, and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the day-to-day management of a residential development, ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, quality, and site presentation.
• Taking ownership of build programmes and budgets, driving projects forward to meet production targets and delivery deadlines.
• Managing and motivating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.
• Coordinating site operations, resources, materials, and labour to achieve exceptional build quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring compliance with planning requirements, building regulations, NHBC standards, and company policies.
• Carrying out inspections, overseeing plot handovers, and delivering outstanding finished homes for customers.

What You'll Bring:
