Job summary

ARC (Norwich) Ltd is seeking three Senior Site Managers to lead three upcoming traditional-build residential developments in the UK. Each site will host 120–150 homes, and you will take ownership from site delivery through to completion, reporting to the Contracts Manager and leading a Site Manager and an Assistant Site Manager.

You will be responsible for delivering on programme, quality and safety, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring builds meet specification and standards while

Qualifications

• Senior Site Manager with experience in traditional-build residential construction.
• Experience delivering medium to large-scale residential developments.
• Leads Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the development.
• Manage and coordinate the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager.
• Oversee traditional-build residential construction from groundworks through to completion.
• Manage programme, quality, health & safety and build standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities.
• Work closely with the Contracts Manager and wider project team.
• Ensure homes are delivered to the required specification and programme.
• Drive high standards of build quality and site presentation.
• Monitor progress and resolve any issues that may impact delivery.
