Job summary

Saffron Housing Trust is seeking a Senior Site Manager to take a residential development from start to finish, with day-to-day control of site operations, build programmes and budgets, and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality homes. • Manage and motivate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to work safely and to specification.
• Coordinate site operations, resources, materials and labour for high build quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with planning requirements, building regulations, NHBC standards and company policies.
• Carry out inspections, oversee plot handovers and deliver finished homes to customers.
