Job summary

Untypical Limited are seeking a Senior Site Manager for a permanent role in Cringleford, Norfolk. You will lead the site team through pre-construction and construction phases, ensuring health and safety, quality, and programme delivery while managing costs and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee compliance with NHBC standards and building regulations, coordinate labour and trades, and drive on-site performance to deliver a high-quality home for buyers.

Qualifications

• Evidence of leading site teams on residential developments.
• Strong knowledge of NHBC, Building Regulations and health & safety standards.
• Proven ability to manage costs, budgets and contractor payments.
• Experience delivering plots to programme and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a Site Team through pre-construction and construction phases.
• Ensure work is within budget and targets are met.
• Comply with Health & Safety standards and NHBC/building regs.
• Coordinate labour/resources and schedule trades for efficient delivery.
• Conduct site inspections with inspectors/ NHBC and take corrective action.
• Deliver high standard of site presentation and customer handover.
