Senior Site Manager- £65,000 Plus Package – West End

A Senior Site Manager is urgently required to work with a well-respected main contractor to work in the West End on a multi-million pound private school project in London.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ or more experience as a Site Manager, working on Education projects, and be degree qualified or have a similar construction management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all site staff including subcontractors.
• Health and safety advisors.
• Responsible for the whole site.
• Ensuring method statements are correct.
• Site managing the project from start to finish.
