Senior Site Manager - SHDF Retrofit Project

Location: Ealing, West London

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Package

Sector: Decarbonisation / Retrofit / Social Housing

Role

We are looking for a motivated Senior Site Manager to work with a leading property services company, who are delivering a SHDF Retrofit project across West London. Due to continued company growth, they are looking for a thriving Site Manager to join their team on an exciting Decarbonisation project. This experienced Site Manager is to oversee the delivery of External Wall Insulations (EWI), Internal Wall Insulation (IWI) and window replacements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee site operations, workforce, and subcontractor performance
  • Ensure works are delivered safely and in accordance with SHDF guidelines
  • Maintain programme schedules and report progress to the Project Manager
  • Conduct quality inspections and address defects promptly
  • Manage resident liaison and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Ensure materials, labour, and resources are coordinated efficiently
About You
  • Proven experience in social housing
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Able to manage multiple subcontractor teams and maintain high standards
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
