Job summary

Ivy Resource Group is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for a large commercial project in Farnborough. You will be number two to the Site Manager, coordinating trades, overseeing safety, and helping drive the programme forward.

The role requires 3 years’ experience on commercial sites and tickets (SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS). The position pays £240 per day CIS, with working hours 7:30am–4:30pm on a long-term basis.

Qualifications

• Tickets: SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS required.
• Experience: 3 years as Assistant Site Manager on commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager, coordinating trades and activities.
• Oversee health and safety compliance on site.
• Assist in driving the project programme forward.

• PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots
• Experience: Must have 3 years' experience working as a Assistant Site Manager on other commercial projects
• References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references relevant to residential site.
