Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group is seeking a Site Manager for Bath for a long-term temporary assignment in external planned maintenance for social housing projects.

You will lead a site team delivering windows and doors schemes across towers and scattered properties, managing subcontractors and direct operatives, and ensuring works meet specification and quality standards. A strong communicator with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid is required, plus a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a proven track record delivering planned maintenance projects.
• Experience managing and delivering schemes of work on housing sites.
• Ability to lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors to meet specifications.

Site Manager - Bath

External Planned Maintenance - Social Housing

Up to £230 per day

Our Client, a nationwide construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their planned work division on a long term temporary position.

Projects that are being delivered will are windows and doors schemes of work. They will be being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties across Bath and the surrounding areas.

• Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives
• Lead the site team to the best of your ability
• Manage delivery of works to specification
• Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff
• Pre & post inspections of works
• Health & safety & quality checks
• Complete regular snagging inspections

• This is a temporary position which will offer great development opportunities for the successful candidate.

My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects schemes of work. A valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are required. A valid UK drivers license and your own vehicle is also required for this position.
