Job summary

Pro Staff are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an ongoing refurbishment project in Bath. You will work alongside the existing Site Manager, with primary duties centred on client liaison and ensuring the end client’s requirements are met throughout the project.

Key responsibilities include acting as the main client contact, producing regular site reports, monitoring progress against the programme, and supporting day-to-day site operations to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• CSCS certification required.
• SMSTS certification required.
• First Aid certified.
• Asbestos Awareness training.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a key point of contact for the end client.
• Keeping on top of regular site reports and project updates.
• Monitoring and updating programmes.
• Supporting the existing Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the project.
• Ensuring works are progressing in line with programme and client expectations.

Rate: £280£300 per day
Hours: 7:30am 5:00pm

Pro Staff are working with a construction contractor who is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join an ongoing refurbishment project in Bath.

You will be working alongside an existing Site Manager, with your role mainly focused on client liaison and ensuring the end client’s requirements are met throughout the project.
