Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse in Wakefield is seeking a Senior Shift Leader to lead shifts, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and ensure strong operational execution. You will act as Manager on Duty when required, setting the standard on shift and guiding the team to success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts in hospitality or food service.
• Ability to coach and develop team members on shift.
• Strong communication and decision-making under pressure.
• Proven track record of delivering guest satisfaction and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house shifts, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required and maintain people standards.
• Drive performance through coaching, setting standards and clear decisions.
