Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a Senior Shift Leader to drive exceptional guest experience and strong operational execution on every shift. You will set the standard on shift, support team development, and act as Manager on Duty when required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory role within hospitality.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service standards.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.

This role focuses on setting the standard on shift, supporting team development, and driving performance through effective communication, coaching, and decision-making. The Senior Shift Leader at Hickory's Smokehouse acts as Manager on Duty when required and plays a key role in maintaining people standards, guest experience, and restaurant results.
