Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a Senior Shift Leader to guide shifts, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold strong operational execution. You will set standards on shift, support team development, and drive performance through clear communication and coaching.

The role includes acting as Manager on Duty when required and contributing to restaurant results. Hickory's is a fast-growing Southern-style group with award-winning training and great career progression.

Qualifications

• Leadership and guest service focus on shifts.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Experience in hospitality leadership is preferred.

This role focuses on setting the standard on shift, supporting team development, and driving performance through effective communication, coaching, and decision-making. The Senior Shift Leader at Hickory's Smokehouse acts as Manager on Duty when required and plays a key role in maintaining people standards, guest experience, and restaurant results.
