Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse in Leeds is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead one of our busy venues, acting as Head of Department for Bar, Restaurant or Team. You will drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction and uphold our culture and standards.

The role offers a generous package up to £43,000 per year including a Tip Jar, with opportunities to progress through our award-winning Hickory’s Training Academy and a commitment to work-life balance.
