OCU Group is seeking a Senior SHEQ Advisor to join the SHEQ & Growth team in a permanent on-site role in the UK. You will partner with operational teams across live electrical projects, driving safety, compliance and performance while embedding a proactive safety culture.

You will lead site inspections, audits, investigations, and root-cause analyses, and coach teams to apply best practices across DNO/IDNO frameworks and broader project delivery.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Senior SHEQ Advisor in utilities, construction or civil engineering
• Strong experience on power or electrical infrastructure projects
• In-depth knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and compliance
• Experience supporting incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted SHEQ partner to operational teams across power/electrical projects
• Carry out site inspections, audits and investigations for compliance
• Support reporting and investigation of incidents and near misses
• Provide coaching to operational teams to build capability in SHEQ
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the business
