Job summary

ARCA Resourcing is recruiting an experienced SHEQ Advisor to join a major energy infrastructure project in the Uxbridge area. You will provide practical SHEQ support on site, run audits, inspections and safety tours, and assist with RAMS, Construction Phase Plans and safe systems of work.

You will monitor CDM 2015 compliance, deliver inductions and toolbox talks, support environmental and quality requirements, and prepare SHEQ reports and KPIs.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent – minimum requirement.
• Previous SHEQ, HSE or Health & Safety Advisor experience.
• Strong understanding of CDM 2015 and UK H&S legislation.
• Experience with audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical SHEQ support across the project, carrying out site inspections, audits and safety tours.
• Support RAMS, Construction Phase Plans and safe systems of work; assist with incident investigations.
• Provide guidance to operational and project teams; monitor compliance with CDM 2015 and UK legislation.
• Deliver inductions and toolbox talks; support environmental and quality requirements.
• Produce SHEQ reports, KPIs and management information; promote a proactive safety culture on site.
