OCU Group is seeking a Telecommunication SHESQ Advisor to support safe and compliant delivery of telecoms infrastructure projects in Borehamwood. You will report to the SHESQ Manager and work with operational teams to foster a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with legislation.

You will lead toolbox talks, inductions and SHESQ training, conduct audits, investigations and continuous improvement of SHESQ management systems, while travelling to site locations as needed.

Competenze

• Must have NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation including CDM Regulations.
• Experience in audits, inspections, incident investigations and safety training.

Mansioni

• Provide SHESQ guidance across telecoms projects and ensure compliance with procedures and UK legislation.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and behavioural safety observations to identify risks.
• Review RAMS and implement effective risk controls.
