Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan is recruiting a Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Advisor for a major construction project in South Bristol. The role is a 2-year fixed-term contract offering up to £70,000 plus package, with immediate start available.

You will lead site safety, conduct audits and RAMS reviews, promote a positive safety culture, and support regulatory compliance, training and environmental duties alongside the site management team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in construction HSE advisory.
• Strong communication skills and report delivery.
• Experience reviewing RAMS and conducting risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a positive health, safety and environmental culture across the project.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments.
• Review RAMS and ensure suitable controls for high-risk activities.
• Work with management and subcontractors to ensure HSE compliance.
• Assist with construction HSE plans and environmental duties.
