CBSbutler is seeking a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer / SharePoint SME for an onsite role in Manchester. You will manage complex SharePoint estates across on-premises and Microsoft 365, focusing on administration, troubleshooting and upgrades.

You will act as escalation point for SharePoint issues, lead upgrades to SE, and coordinate with Microsoft 365 teams to ensure security, reliability and performance across the environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SharePoint Server 2019 and SE experience.
• Proven ability to upgrade SharePoint 2019 to SE and administer SharePoint Online.
• Strong 3rd line infrastructure / technical support experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide 3rd line support and technical escalation for complex SharePoint issues.
• Lead and support SharePoint 2019 to Subscription Edition (SE) upgrades.
• Administer and maintain SharePoint Server environments.
• Support SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365
• Troubleshoot platform, configuration and performance issues.
• Maintain SharePoint platform security, availability and reliability.
• Support platform improvements, upgrades and technical changes.
• Work closely with wider infrastructure and Microsoft 365 teams.
