Job summary

Sharepoint Guidance Ltd in St Leonards-on-Sea is seeking a 2nd/3rd Line Support Consultant to design, deploy and support infrastructure upgrades for SMBs and education clients.

You’ll work with Azure, Office 365, Exchange/SharePoint migrations, Hyper-V and SAN solutions; driver licence required and MCSA ideal. The role involves mentoring the helpdesk, resolving escalations and ensuring project records and handovers are accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 product solutions (Intune, IaaS, RDS).
• Experience migrating on-premise Exchange and SharePoint to Office 365.
• Knowledge of Hyper-V clustering and multi-node SAN solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated helpdesk tickets via telephone and remote support.
• Mentor and provide additional technical resources to the helpdesk team.
• Advise clients and account managers on appropriate technical solutions.
• Assist in design and delivery of infrastructure solutions.
• Maintain records of project time expenditure against targets.
• Create documentation for project handover to client and helpdesk.
