Job summary

Adecco in Manchester is seeking a SharePoint Platform SME to own and evolve our enterprise SharePoint environment on premise and cloud. You will lead upgrades, migrations, and ongoing platform stability, working closely with infrastructure, security, and applications teams.

The role is office-based in Manchester, five days a week, with a focus on governance, performance, and user experience, including transition from SharePoint 2019 to Subscription Edition.

Qualifications

• Experience managing SharePoint 2019 environments.
• Experience with SharePoint SE and SharePoint Online.
• Strong governance and security practices.
• Proven ability to lead upgrades and migrations.
• Excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for SharePoint platform.
• Provide 3rd line support for incidents.
• Support, maintain, optimise SP 2019, SE, and Online environments.
• Lead platform upgrades and migrations.
• Manage SharePoint Search services.
• Collaborate with infra, security and apps teams.
• Produce technical documentation and support procedures.
